The collision rate of the fragments of disused space technology and rocket bodies has dramatically increased over the past few decades. The outer space sustainable environment should avoid any process of creating space debris and attempt to reduce existing space debris. Besides, the conventional space debris removal method may be insufficient to eliminate the whole space debris. This article proposes an alternative method based on electric force. The basic concept is to collect small debris using force between two electrodes: the further details and the experiment outcome in this article. This method could lead to alternative space debris removal. The methodology includes attraction and storage. Many object materials are attractable by the electric force between the electrodes, and the object will carry to storage in the second stage. At the same time, the object is stored and sent to the appropriate orbit so that it cannot cause damage to any active satellite and space station.
